The Electric Daisy Carnival Experience - Movie Trailer
I know not a lot of people are fond of electronica/trance/house/dance/club/and some other genres that go tugs-tugs-tug, but I do… more than an average music-loving-person… so.. I’m really jealous of all the people who got to go to this mad affair. Just look at how grand the production is, with synchronized fireworks, balloons, insane dancing lights, fairies, bathing suits, face paint, costumes, jaw-dropping-body-shaker-music.. yes I’m this passionate about it, I’m giving you the summary of the event with the stuff that is awesome.. bottom line? the whole event is fucking awesome (and I don’t throw “fucking” that easily). Damn, this is something I really want to experience. Seriously, the excitement I have for this event is like a 13-year-old girl’s excitement for Justin Bieber.
Featuring performances by (in alphabetical order): 12th Planet, Above & Beyond, Afrojack, Benny Benassi, Boys Noize, David Guetta, deadmau5, Duck Sauce, Fedde Le Grand, Kaskade, Laidback Luke, Major Lazer, Moby, MSTRKRFT, Simian Mobile Disco, Steve Aoki, Swedish House Mafia, Travis Barker vs A-Trak, Will.I.Am, with a special tribute to DJ AM.
Insomniac’s Electric Daisy Carnival Experience
Produced by Pasquale Rotella
Directed by Kevin Kerslake
After having a swell time island hopping, we got ourselves ready for another fun night. But before everything else, we stuffed ourselves with Casa Verde’s (one of the must try restaurants in Cebu) delicious and very cheap best sellers.

Here is one of the three best sellers (the others are “The Dax” and “Surf and Turf” both steak with shrimps), the Baby Back Ribs. That big for just P198. One of the things I’m really surprised with Cebu is their very cheap food. In every restaurant we went to, food were this cheap, that baby back ribs would cost around P400-500 here in Manila. Insanely cheap and good food.

After eating, we went to Formo, (the biggest mistake we made) songs from the 80’s-90’s were playing (not that I hate old school music) and the crowd was.. let’s just say not in our age bracket. haha! At first it was okay, because you get to see all these old music videos, but staying for more than 20 minutes there? So tiring. We almost went home and just sleep, the atmosphere was that slow. But at least they have below zero beer, look at how cold those bottles of Coors Light are.

Luckily we still had a little drive remaining to go to Vudu, that Formo ambience really killed us.

Now back to celebrating and having wild fun!

The group that Formo almost killed. haha! (am I too harsh, sorry, it was really that boring there. haha!)

Then more friends joined us.. (left to right) Kat, Jen, Rhinna, Nikki and Jeanne.

TJ as usual.. with Rein.

The awesome TJ Valderrama.

And his two bros, Martin and Oneill. Those three plus Kevin is the Fourgasmic. Don’t forget, coz the next time you see them, you just might be having one. haha!
